Omega 3 fatty acids are present in salmon, sardine, kidney beans, flax seeds, and walnuts. So, eat all these ingredients that give you 0mega 3 and 6 for glowing skin.

Vitamin E protects the skin tissues and also saves the skin from harmful effects of UV rays. Wheat germ oil, peanut butter, and almonds are rich in vitamin E. You need at least 15 grams of it daily.

The other tip to follow for good looking skin is to save the skin from harmful effects of the sun. Apply sunscreen lotions so that the skin is saved from harmful UV rays. It even saves the skin from cancers that may arise due to sun. When you don’t apply sunscreen lotion the skin is exposed to sun, which in turn will lead to wrinkles and blackening of the skin. The lotion you chose should have more than 15 percent SPF.


Use good cleansers to cleanse the skin. Prefer herbal cleansers if possible. Once cleansing is done apply good skin creams and lotions to keep the skin healthy and supple. Use soap-free cleansers.
