  • Pass all these through a juicer and drink.

Prefer small roots to make beet juice as they are sweet.

Ingredients needed:

Four oz of beet juice
Four oz of carrot juice
Four oz of celery stalks
Four cups of apple juice

How to prepare?

  • Wash well and peel vegetables and apples and keep the celery leaves.
  • Take core apples
  • Pass all these (beet, carrot, celery, and apple) through a juicer and take in 4 oz quantities and drink.

Drinking any of the two juices three times a day in 100ml quantity each time will cure hot flashes.
