Try these 2 easy crispy chicken recipes

Many advocate foregoing non-vegetarian food for good health. But actually this is wrong. We also need it to give overall health to the human body. More importantly chicken has vital proteins. So it is better you take it every now and then. Here are few crispy chicken recipes to try. They also don’t need much time and can be done in no time. Here we go with them.

1) Chicken apple balls recipe:

Ingredients needed for Chicken apple balls:

•    Required amount of oil for frying

•    1 cup of pastry flour

•    1/2 cup of onion pieces

•    1 teaspoon of coriander grate

•    2 tablespoons of bread pieces

•    1 apple(grate the skin and make into pulp by grinding)

•    2 cups of chicken pieces

•    1 tablespoon of chili powder

•    Required amount of salt

Preparation method:

•    Strain the water if present in the apple pulp

•    Take chicken, bread pieces, onion slices, coriander and apple pulp. Blend them in food processor

•    Then mix salt, chili powder and pastry flour

•    Wet the hands and make small balls using all the above ingredients

•    Heat oil in pan and fry the balls.

They are crispy and taste good with ketchup when taken hot.

2) Spicy chicken legs recipe:

Ingredients needed for Spicy chicken legs:

•    4 or 5 chicken legs (scrape with knife to give cuts)

•    1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic, and green chili combo paste

•    1/2 teaspoon of Pepper powder

•    Chili powder-1/2 teaspoon

•    Pinch of turmeric powder

•    1 teaspoon of chili powder

•    1 teaspoon of coriander seeds powder

•    Pinch of cumin seeds powder

•    1 teaspoon of hot and sweet tomato chili sauce

•    Pinch of spice powder

•    1 teaspoon of lemon juice

•    2 1/2 teaspoons of yogurt

•    Curry leaves in required amounts

•    Required amount of salt for taste

•    2 teaspoons of oil

Preparation method:

•    Keeping aside oil and curry leaves, all the ingredients stated above should be mixed with chicken and placed in fridge for 4 hours

•    Take oil in a pan and once it is heated add curry leaves and heat them for some time. Next add chicken legs and boil on high flames for 3 minutes and lower the flames

•    Cover the pan with lid and boil on medium flames for 10 minutes

•    Finally lower the flames to the maximum and again boil for 10 more minutes

•    Now uncover the pan and boil all the water in it is vaporized

•    Get the flames to medium and boil well again

•    Once you are sure that they have got deep fried. Squeeze lemon juice and eat with onion.
