What are raw chocolates?

Raw chocolate is known as cocoa seeds which grow on trees. Cocoa seeds are the unprocessed form of chocolates. They are also known as cocoa beans which provide essential vitamins and minerals. The cacao tree produces seeds that can be dried, roasted and minimally processed into what is essentially raw chocolate, also called raw cacao nibs.
