How to make tomato gravy and white gravy

If the curry is too thick it becomes difficult to mix with other food items while eating. If you try to make the curry into liquid form by adding water then it becomes watery and loses its taste. Then how to face this situation? The only way out is to make gravies and use then when needed. Here we go with gravy recipes

1) Tomato gravy recipe:

List of ingredients needed for tomato gravy:

•    4 onions (cut into pieces)

•    1 cup of tomato pulp

•    ½ teaspoons of cumin seeds

•    2 tomatoes (cut them too into pieces)

•    3 tablespoons of oil

•    1 teaspoon of Garlic paste

•    1 ½ teaspoon of coriander powder

•    1 teaspoon of ginger paste

•    1 teaspoon of spice mix powder

•    Required amount of salt for taste

•    Pinch of turmeric powder

How to prepare?

•    Take oil in a pan. Add onions and cumin seeds

•    Fry them well

•    Add garlic paste and ginger paste to it

•    Also add turmeric powder and mix well

•    Next add tomato pieces

•    You should also add tomato pulp immediately

•    Now mix all of them well

•    Add coriander powder, chili powder and spice mix

•    Boil till oil floats on the surface

•    Now take it out. Allow it to cool and preserve in a bottle

2) White gravy recipe:

List of ingredients needed for white gravy:

•    1 cup of cashews

•    4 onions

•    2 tablespoons of oil

•    1 teaspoon of Garlic paste

•    2 Elaichis

•    1 teaspoon of ginger paste

•    2 green chilies (cut into pieces)

•    ½ cup of yogurt

•    1/4th cup of Mawa (we get it by boiling milk)

•    ½ teaspoon of pepper powder

•    Required amount of salt for taste

How to prepare?

•    Boil onions in water and make them into paste by blending them in mixer

•    Soak cashew nuts in hot water and make a thick paste by pounding

•    Take oil in a pan. Heat it. Once the oil comes to boiling point add garlic paste and fry

•    Add chili pieces, ginger paste, garlic paste and also Elaichi to it

•    Also add Mawa and cashew nut paste to it.

•    Additionally add half cup of water and keep stirring

•   Keep the mix boiling for 10 minutes on very low flames

•    In the end add salt, pepper powder, and yogurt and mix well

•    Boil for a minute and remove it from the stove

•    Allow the gravy to cool

•    Take a dry bottle and pour the gravy into it and use it when needed.

These two go well in many food items.
