How to make different milkshakes

Any item that has dairy element in it is highly healthy and when it is milk, then its importance needs no explanation. Here are few drinks to make using milk, these are not only healthy but also have varied taste that tickles your taste buds. Here we go with different healthy milkshakes. These recipes are easy, have a look at them.

1) Turmeric milk:

Ingredients needed:

•    1 inch of sugar palm fruit

•    One cup of milk

•    Pinch of pepper powder

•    Pinch of turmeric powder

Preparation method:

  • Boil milk and add all the above ingredients to the boiled milk and heat on low flame.
  • See to that all are boiled well and once you have confirmed that they are boiled well, off the flames and drink. This drink helps in digestion and also soothes sore throat.

2) Cold saffron milk:

Ingredients needed:

•    3 cups of milk

•    3 tablespoons of sugar

•    20 pieces of almonds

•    Pinch of Elaichi powder

•    Pinch of saffron powder

•     2 tablespoons of Charoli powder

Preparation method:

  • Soak almonds in water remove the outer layer and place them separately.
  • Soak saffron powder in 2 tablespoons of milk.
  • Now take the above two ingredients along with Elaichi powder and sugar. Blend them in a mixer to make a paste.
  • Add this paste to milk, stir well, garnish with Charoli powder and drink.

3) Rose milk:

Ingredients needed:

•    4 drops of rose milk essence

•    21/2 cups of milk

•    Required pieces of ice cubes

•    4 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation method:

  • Boil milk along with sugar and keep it separately.
  • Once the milk gets cooled, place it in a fridge.
  • Add rose essence and again freeze it in the fridge for two hours nearly.
  • Add ice cubes to a glass, add the chilled milk to it and start drinking.

4) Hibiscus milk:

Ingredients needed:

•    One glass of milk

•    2 to 3 hibiscus flowers

•    Required amount of sugar

•    Pinch of Elaichi powder

Preparation method:

  • Clean the flowers well and separate the petals.
  • Place milk and petals in a pan and heat.
  • Once the milk starts boiling, add Elaichi powder.
  • Strain and drink hot, if you wish you can chill it and drink.

5) Spicy milk:

Ingredients needed:

•    Two and half tablespoons of sugar

•    Half liter milk

•    Two Elaichi

•    3 cloves

•    Pinch of nutmeg powder

•    Pinch of pepper powder

•    10 almonds

•    2 tablespoons of Charoli powder

•    Pinch of saffron powder

Preparation method:

  • Remove the outer layer of almonds and make into a paste.
  • Excluding Charoli powder and pepper powder add all the above ingredients and heat them. When milk gets little hot, add sugar.
  • Finally, add almond paste to milk and heat on low flames for fifteen minutes.
  • Once the quantity of milk comes to half add pepper and Charoli powders and drink.
