Hair Nutrition

Not only is your body, your hair health also depends on a healthy diet. You hair is made of protein, so the more protein you can consume in the form of natural meat, fish and dairy products, the better it is for your hair. Decrease the amount of carbohydrates in your diet, especially wheat and other gluten containing grains to improve scalp conditions and reduce dandruff.
