With increasing heat, there are certain problems that we face. Two of such unhealthy problems are dehydration and sunstroke. Both of them are the result of lesser water content in the body and increased temperature. These two situations can be kept in check by following the correct diet. Especially there are certain types of foods that have high water content in them and as such they save the body from dehydration. Here let us see the foods rich in water. Eat them without fail, especially in summers to keep the body cool and save it from the harmful effects of increased temperature.


As far as dairy products are concerned yogurt comes first in the hydrating foods list. It is the first food that you should consider to save the body from getting dehydrated. Most of it has water.
