Different types of banana smoothies for taste and health

The one fruit that gives instant energy is banana; eating or drinking banana milk shake is nothing but getting energy instantly. Here are few easy recipes to make banana drinks, give a try and go energetic in less time.

1) Banana smoothie:

Ingredients needed:

  1. 1 orange fruit
  2. 1 banana fruit
  3. Grated ginger-1 teaspoon
  4. 2 cups of milk

Preparation method:

Blend all the above ingredients either using a blender or by making use of mixer. Store it in fridge once it is blended well, take it off once it gets chilled and drink.

2) Smoothie deluxe:

Ingredients needed:

  1. 1 cup of milk
  2. 1 banana
  3. 3 strawberries
  4. 2 tablespoons of Vanilla ice cream
  5. ½ spoon of cinnamon

Preparation method:

Take all the above said ingredients and blend them using blender. Store it in fridge and drink after a while if you wish you can sprinkle some cinnamon powder for extra taste.

3) Soya banana magic:

Ingredients needed:

  1. 20 milliliters of Soya milk
  2. 1 banana
  3. ½ teaspoon of nutmeg powder
  4. 1 teaspoon of honey
  5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation method:

Take all these ingredients in a blender, mix well and it is ready. Add ice cubes to glass and drink chill.

4) Coco banana drink:

Ingredients needed:

  1. 150 milliliters of pineapple juice
  2. 1 banana
  3. ¼ cup of coconut milk
  4. 1 teaspoon of grated coconut

Preparation method:

All you need to enjoy this drink is to blend all the above ingredients well either by using mixer or by using a blender. Once it turns out into liquid, sprinkle coconut grate on top of it and drink, you can as well drink by freezing it. The only care is that you should add coconut grate after taking it from the fridge.

5) Chocó banana shake:

Ingredients needed:

  1. 2 tablespoons of drinking chocolate
  2. 1 banana
  3. 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream
  4. 2 cups of milk

Preparation method:

Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Take a blender and add banana slices, vanilla ice, milk and drinking chocolate and blend well. Chill it if you wish and drink, it even tastes good as it is.

6) Banana Milk Drink:

Ingredients needed:

  1. 1 ripe banana
  2. 1 cup of milk
  3. One and half to two teaspoons of sugar
  4. Half teaspoon of vanilla extract
  5. You can add dash ground cinnamon if you wish

Preparation method:

Take all the first 4 ingredients in blender and blend till it turns smooth and it is ready to drink, you can ad cinnamon if you wish and drink.
