4 mixed juice recipes and their benefits

‘’Juices are healthy’’ let it either be fruit or vegetable juices we have been hearing this since our childhood days. Both of them give instant energy and also make up the lost sugar content in the body. But why not we try something different like mixed fruit juices that have the goodness of fruits and vegetables. Here let use some mixed homemade juices recipes.

Ingredients needed:

  • 3 carrots without peeling the skin.
  • 1 apple without peeling the skin.
  • 6 to 8 Basella Alba leaves (cut them into small pieces).
  • 2 cups of crushed ice.

How to prepare?

Take all the above ingredients, cut them into pieces and add some water to them. Grind them all well and filter it. Add crushed ice and serve chill.
