Every one of us loves ice creams. Here are few easy ice cream recipes for you to try…

1) Chocolate chip ice cream:

Ingredients needed:

  1. Two and half cup of whole milk
  2. 2 tablespoons of custard powder
  3. 1 cup of milk cream
  4. 1/4th cup of sugar
  5. 1 cup of Chocolate paste

Preparation method:

Take custard powder and milk in a cup and heat them. Keep mixing the milk, once it gets heated add sugar and keep stirring. Cool this milk mix and place it in fridge for two hours. Take a tablespoon of this mix and add to milk cream, mix them well using a whisker and place it in an airtight container. Keep this container in freezer for 4 to 5 hours, take it off and start making your tongue cold. Adding mint while you are making custard for chocolate chip ice cream gives you mint chocolate chips ice cream

Note: The ice cream will be very hard soon after taking it from freezer, so place it in fridge for 20 minutes to make it little cool and less harder.

2) Mango ice:

Ingredients needed:

  1. Two and half cups of milk
  2. ¼ cup of milk powder
  3. ½ cup of condensed milk
  4. ¼ cup of sugar
  5. Mango pulp in one cup

Preparation method:

Except mango pulp all the above ingredients should be taken in non-stick pan, mixed well and heated till you get single bloat then reduce the flame and heat it for ten more minutes, which will thicken the mix. Once the mix is cooled place it in ice trays and keep it in fridge. As soon as the mix starts freezing, pierce a stick and again cool it till it becomes completely frozen. Now it’s ready to eat….take it out and start eating.

3) Lemon ice cream:

Ingredients needed:

  1. one cup of milk
  2. one cup of sugar
  3. 1/4th cup of lemon juice
  4. 1 cup of beaten Milk cream
  5. 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Preparation method:

Heat milk, add sugar and stir well. Allow the milk to cool and add lemon juice. Take a big bowl and beat the milk cream well till it hardens. Add vanilla and milk to it. Place this mix in ice trays and freeze it for 4 hours. Take it off from the fridge once it gets hardened and eat.

4) Strawberry cream mini chocolate cups:

Ingredients needed:

  1. One cup of cooking chocolate paste
  2. 4 medium size plastic cups
  3. 12 strawberries
  4. 1 cup of fresh butter
  5. 1/4th cup of sugar powder

Preparation method:

Heat the chocolate and stir it well. Make a small tear on the edge of plastic cups. Spread the chocolate in the cups and place it in fridge. Add sugar powder to butter and mix well. Cut 9 strawberries into pieces and place them in a cup. Add butter to them. Remove the cups from fridge and tear off the plastic cups. Fill the cups with butter that is mixed with strawberries and top it with butter. Garnish with strawberry slices and eat.
