3 healthy recipes with pineapple you can try

1) Pineapple Oatmeal:

We know having oatmeal as breakfast is healthy but it will definitely be boring and not so tasty on tongue when we eat the same way daily. So try making pineapple oatmeal.

Ingredients needed:

  • One and half cup of water
  • 2 cups of pineapple slices
  • 1 cup of oats
  • Half cup of dry grapes
  • 2 spoons of brown sugar
  • 1/4th spoon of Cinnamon powder

Preparation method:

Heat pineapple slices and water on low steam till the slices boil well. Then add all the rest of the ingredients to it and boil till it gets into semisolid state. Keep stirring in between. This is it all; it’s now ready to eat.

2) Pineapple chicken:

Adding pineapple to chicken gives taste that you would have never even thought of in your dreams. Let’s see how to make this easy pineapple chicken recipe.

Ingredients needed:

  • Half kilo chicken
  • 4 garlic cloves (cut them to small pieces)
  • 1 onion (cut into pieces)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil
  • Two cups of pineapple slices
  • ½ piece of ginger( cut into small pieces)
  • 1 glass of milk
  • ½ cup of soya sauce

Preparation method:

Clean the chicken well and add pineapple, ginger and soya sauce to chicken and allow it to soak for an hour. Take oil in a pan and add onion and garlic slices to it and once they get fried add chicken to it and cook on low flames for an hour. Once the chicken gets boiled well add milk and remove it after few seconds to eat sumptuous pineapple chicken.

3) Pineapple curry:

This fruit can not only be taken in fruit kind but also in the form of curry. Let us see how.

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 cup of pineapple slices
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/4th chili powder
  • 1/4th turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of Coconut powder
  • ½ spoon of cumin seeds
  • 1/4th teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • 2 dry chilies
  • 2 cups of curd
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Preparation method:

Mix pineapple slices, turmeric powder, chili powder, green chili, sugar and salt together and boil on low flames. Grind coconut powder, cumin seeds and curd. Once the pineapple is boiled add this grinded mix to them and boil for 5 to 10 minutes and keep it aside. Take another pan and heat oil, once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, dry chilies and deep fry them and add the pineapple mix and cook for few seconds and take it off and eat.
